2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for users on a paid subscription plan who request a refund within 3 days of their initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 3-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@epicpost.io with your account email and a brief reason for your request. We'll review it and get back to you within 3 business days.
4. Refund Approval
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Renewed subscription charges
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Promotional or discounted plans
